  • ½1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
  • ½ cup heavy cream

  • 4 burger rolls

Instructions

  1. Melt the oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion, celery, and bell pepper. Cook for about 7-8 minutes until softened.
