Ingredients
- ¼ cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon bourbon (or maple syrup as a substitute)
- ¼ cup roasted chopped pecans
- 8 ounces brie cheese (rind removed)
- 1 package (1.9 oz) frozen mini phyllo cups (about 15 cups)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the Filling:
- In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, melted butter, bourbon, and chopped pecans. Mix well to combine.
- Prepare the Brie:
- Carefully cut the rind off the brie cheese and discard it. Cut the brie into small cubes, about ½ inch square.
- Assemble the Bites:
- Place a cube of brie into each phyllo cup. Top each with about ½ teaspoon of the bourbon pecan mixture.
