  • ¼ cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon bourbon (or maple syrup as a substitute)
  • ¼ cup roasted chopped pecans
  • 8 ounces brie cheese (rind removed)
  • 1 package (1.9 oz) frozen mini phyllo cups (about 15 cups)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the Filling:
    • In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, melted butter, bourbon, and chopped pecans. Mix well to combine.
  3. Prepare the Brie:
